Customers & residents expect the same level of internet as they have at their home; internet connection which supports Netflix, YouTube, BBC iPlayer, telephone calls and video calls.

Utilising the very latest in PTMP (point-to-multipoint) technology and state of the art hardware, we can create a wireless mesh which directly connects to Wi-Fi receivers placed discreetly on the outside of your Park Homes plus receivers which connect to routers installed inside your Park Homes, all of which means that guests can simultaneously connect up to 200 devices in each Park Home. 

This approach allows us to guarantee full Wi-Fi coverage throughout your entire holiday park and provide your guests a faster and more stable Wi-Fi connection than they’ll have at home !

Security

We understand that allowing hundreds of people to access your internet connection and/or Wi-Fi doesn’t come without security risks. Acutely conscious of the data management responsibilities and obligations we all have under GDPR legislation, bespoke security solutions are at the heart of every installation. 

We install the leading firewall system on to your network and separate your staff and guest internet connections using a “Virtual Local Area Network”. This uses the same internet connection but creates two completely separate Wi-Fi connections; keeping your company’s Wi-Fi separate from your guest’s Wi-Fi. We also make it easy for you to block access to illegal websites and rigorously monitor your Wi-Fi for suspicious behaviour.

Financials

Many other Providers will seek to distract Park Owner/Operators with a promise of “no-front end cost”, even offering a possible “revenue share” of c.15%-20% “after install costs have been recouped” (an industry standard)……..who ‘owns the client’ from that point is rarely a matter of discussion btw……..
